*optional casing for copper : RM50 per 6ft/length

- Include 10ft Pvc drain pipe (15mm) *extra piping : RM10 per 10ft/length

- Include wiring within 10ft from existing plug point *optional :

RM80 : Wiring point from plug point with on off switch. RM180 - RM280 : Wiring point from DB with on off switch depends on the distances and site condition

- Include 1 hole drilling for piping except for concrete beam

- Include outdoor bracket

- Include flushing out old gas & Top up new gas
